At Home Activities you can do with your child while at home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It’s never too early to learn to swim at the Y! Classes are progressive, and taught year-round. YMCA swim lessons encourage life-long learning and help children be comfortable in and around water.
Youth swim lessons are offered year-round for swimmers of all skill levels. YMCA swim instructors evaluate children on the first day of class and place them in the class that best meets their current ability. Youth swim lessons encourage confidence, leadership skills and a passion for life-long learning.
Not sure if your child is ready to join an area swim team? This is a great opportunity for your child to continue their development through group workouts led by an on-deck coach.
Private Swim Lessons give you the opportunity to improve your swim skills with swim instruction tailored to your individual goals.
Learn the skills and procedures necessary to help someone in the event of a emergency. The Y offers CPR/First Aid/AED and Lifeguarding classes throughout the year.
The Y offers a variety of water fitness classes to keep you moving and healthy. Check out these programs – Water Aerobics, Teen/Adult Swim Lessons, Personal Swim Coaching, and an Adult Training and Fitness class.
