Gymnastics Classes

STRONG MUSCLES. STRONG MINDS.

Preschool Gymnastics

(Ages 2-5)

We teach kids to tumble, run, jump, and twist in our gymnastics programs. Kids learn movement, fine motor skills, tumbling and advanced gymnastics elements in our progressive-based classes. Gymnasts who are ready to take their skills to the next level can get involved in competitive gymnastics where the whole person is developed and competition and winning are kept in healthy perspective.

YOUTH GYMNASTICS

(Ages 6-12)

Classes are designed to give a full work out while improving flexibility, coordination, balance and strength. We also work on listening skills, following directions and social skills. Children use all of the gymnastics equipment at every level and classes are small so children receive exceptional instruction from well trained instructors.
